Worthy of a mention

just been at a friends house, been a good night and to top it off i get stopped by the poilce. i was riding home on my bike as i usually do trucking through town at the usual high rate of knots from jennyfields to wetherby road where i live which is about a 3 mile trip and a traffic patrol police car pulls me over outside my house cos i was riding on the path through town. ive been stopped before but this was just the cherry on the cake as he explained he had first seen me in jennyfields where i set off and has had to follow me from there. basically meaning me on a bike, top speed of about 25mph, against a volvo v70, top speed of about 155mph, yet we both ended up at the finish line at the same time. that just made my night, admittedly i was going some, and faster than usual but my godd! i must have been pushing it!

im not a fan of police at all, they seem incapable of their job in most respects and for a traffic patrol car to waste his time with a kid on his bike, just for riding through town which wasnt particularly busy and not for the fact i had no lights in the dead of night which is a far more dangerous and incriminating offense, but being able to beat a police officer home is just awesome. loved it.
